Summary: Carlos was wonderful. He approved an early check in, we ended up not needing it, but was nice we had the choice. Pizza oven was a huge hit. Lots of fun making pizzas. Hot tub was enjoyable also.

Summary: The accommodations were as described. The house does need some cosmetic fixes. One thing we found odd was the microwave door opens toward the refrigerator and it doesn't open all the way because of the frig.

Summary: The house was warm and comfy. Carlos was very responsive to the minor issues we had, but unfortunately one of the toilets stopped working. He had it fixed within 24 hours. Lovely hot tub, nice beds and nice linens.
